A sultry room of warm Moroccan tones and exposed brick walls, Chambar manages to please everyone from hip young things to romantic couples to groups out for a party. Chef-owner Nico Schuermans supplies a lip-smackingly sumptuous menu that includes the city's freshest moules-frites, small plates of beef carpaccio or fois gras terrine, and hearty mains such as braised lamb shanks with honey and dusted with cinnamon. If the extensive Belgian beer list isn't to your liking, try a Blue Fig cocktail - a martini with roasted figs and a side of blue cheese.
