Blue Water Café & Raw Bar review Rate it
Freshly shucked oysters, delicately flavoured sushi and simply prepared seafood in a swanky room. What's not to like about the Blue Water Café? Although main courses can be pricey, you'll receive decent value and an unforgettable tasting experience at the semi-circular raw bar. It's there that Yoshi Tabo works up his award-winning plates of sushi. The main bar offers 20 wines by the glass, a wide variety of chilled sakes and no fewer than 60 single-malt whiskies. Feeling extravagant? Then indulge yourself with a three-tiered tower of shellfish, sushi and a whole Dungeness crab.
