This is the original Vancouver Chinese cuisine heavyweight and pioneer of using local seafood in Cantonese style preparations. A surprisingly good wine list meets the needs of a heavily seafood-focused menu bristling with flavour. Try the king crab in season, or whole fried fish. Service is polished and friendly in a large modern room that may be a little worn around the edges, but still buzzes with Chinese families and, on weekends, ladies announcing the specials on their dim sum carts.
