I recently brought in my Scubapro regulators for a service and was told by Greg that they needed to be rebuilt. Almost three weeks later I received a call saying they were ready ( I was told when I brought them in that it would take two to three days). The first time I went to use them they flooded, I called Diving Locker and Greg told me they probably just needed a minor adjustment, so I brought them back. The next dive the same thing happened so I took them to another dive shop. I was present when the tech opened them up and I could see salt residue build up, the tech said that there was no way that they had been recently rebuilt. Greg Kocher's Vancouver Dive Locker should be shut down, what a dork. DON'T shop there!

Do NOT purchase courses or equipment at the Vancouver Diving Locker on 4th avenue in Vancouver. Cancel your dive if before it too late
The management/owner(Greg Kocher) is just flat out rude and COMPLETELY disrespectful. This "cattle boat" operation needs to be shut down.
What an A$$
I spend thousands at this dive shop, took my open water, advanced, drysuit specialty and navigation course. Bought a drysuit, bcd, regs, etc. On my first dive with a new brand new upgraded first and second stage the second stage took in water, I brought it back to the shop and it took Greg three weeks to service it. When I picked it up and went out for a dive it again took in water, ruining the boat dive that I had paid for. I took the second stage to another shop and when they opened it up it was missing the diaphragm. Greg at diving locker must not have even looked at it. Yet he told me it had been serviced and returned it to me.
When the drysuit i had purchased at Diving Locker needed the zipper replaced I had taken it back to them to get repaired. Another BIG mistake. It took two months to get it back and when I went in to pick it up, Greg said it had been back at the shop for a month. I asked him why I had not been called to say it was ready, to which he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed.
The level of service from this shop is the worst in the area. In speaking with other divers in the area, I have found that many dive professionals in the area have nothing good to say about Greg Kocher's Diving locker and several other divers who have also had bad experiences dealing with The Diving Locker
