Our Executive Chef, Raymond Crook, with over 25 years of experience, has created several recipes. He has planned, prepared and coordinated meals for restaurants, conventions, banquets, weddings and other various events.
With an eclectic menu and wine list from different parts of the world, we host weekly “happy-hours” and LIVE performances; featuring the best local, national and international talent in the early hours of the evening. In the late hours of the evening, our renowned DJ’s would begin spinning.
