For decades this address, across from the Ribnjak Park, was a café. The doors have opened again as a club - albeit a small one. Cosy doesn't quite do justice to how tiny this venue is. However, if you come with the right group it can feel like your own private house party - if you also had a bartender, a DJ, and had to pay for drinks. Papagaj means parrot and there's a mural of one on the wall. There are also pictures of Humphrey Bogart and, by logical extension, Madonna. Frequented by a slightly older crowd, here Stella flows on tap and DJs play disco, soul, funk and new wave at weekends. There are occasional live bands but, frankly, when that happens it would serve you well to leave the heaviest of your party at the hotel.
