Next door to the Kaptol Centar is this spanking new mall of similar ilk to its neighbour. Though Cascade is a little cavernous (having opened during an economic crisis), it is home to a couple of cafés and nightclubs of note and perhaps the nicest grocery store - its basement-level Konzum. At the top is the suitably glitzy Posh Fantasy Bar. There's even a jacuzzi and a spa.
