National Wine Centre says
The National Wine Centre will be abuzz on Sunday, August 28, as the home base for some of South Australia’s premier food and wine regions.

The annual Winter Food & Wine Festival will allow visitors to experience the incredible diversity of SA in one spot in the heart of the city.

‘Regional Home Base’
Indulge in more than 35 wines from SA’s main wine regions, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and Coonawarra.

‘Market Home Base’
You will find several SA food producers showcasing their fresh, seasonal and local produce.

On the terrace, overlooking the Adelaide Botanic Gardens wetlands, the Centre’s Executive Chef Tze Khaw will cook up some decadent winter treats using the best seasonal ingredients.

Be entertained with live acoustic music by Brian Ruiz followed by Entertainment Adelaide, or expand your wine knowledge by attending a master class hosted by industry experts for $25 per person.

Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
