Adelaide Roller Derby Grand Final Double Header says
Adelaide Roller Derby @ the Showgrounds
Saturday 6 August, Doors open at 4pm (first skateout starts at 4.30pm).

Wow! Can you believe it is already the end of the 2016 season? We sure can't!

The Grand Final, double-header extraordinaire will see the Wild Hearses and Road Train Rollers battle for third position while the original two teams fight it out for the big prize. It's been a super close season so both games are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat!

First up will be the third place game; The Road Train Rollers v The Wild Hearses. The Road Train Rollers have been on an upward climb in the second half of the season and are keen to extend their winning streak to three games. The Hearses however, are more determined than ever and have the fire in their bellies to make this game theirs. Who will win? It's anyone's game!

The second game of the day will see ADRD's original two teams, the Salty Dolls and the Mile Die Club, go head to head in the Grand Final for the first time ever. Will the Mile Die Club work their underdog mojo and take out the trophy on their first stint in the Grand Final? Or will the Salty Dolls, seasoned by their previous Grand Final efforts, sail on to victory? You better hold onto your hats because neither team will be going down quietly!

The bar will be open and there will be food available; bring a chair, blankets or cushion for your tush.

As always, there will be off-track entertainment with live music by The Satellites, the sparkling wit of your Little Commie Bastards and a bout village full of local creators. As a special Grand Final bonus, Bey Dance Adelaide will be gracing us with their sweet, sweet Beyoncefied dance moves!! Check out the links below for more information.

Check out Trash and Pleasure, the ADRD recycled and vintage mega-stall full of fabulous artefacts donated by our members and friends. There's plenty of room for little skaters with safety gear.
