Our fifth installment for our regular Monday Degustation nights.

The Duke of York is proud to present; Bird In Hand Wine Pairing Degustation

Monday the 15th of May from 6pm to 8pm

Dégustation is the careful, appreciative tasting of various foods, focusing on the gustatory system, the senses, high culinary art and good company. Dégustation is more likely to involve sampling small portions of all of a chef's signature dishes in one sitting.
