Distill Cocktail Bar is excited to announce their new revitilising Spring menu Launch.

Steering away from your every day cocktail list, Distill is revisiting a time where alcohol was used as a solution to extract and deliver medicine. The insititution and practisioners that created the potions, tincutres and tonics were labelled 'The Apothecary'

The apothecary dates as far back to B.C.E and involves utilizing such things as, alcohol, herbs, bark, roots and fruit to create medicine- it was the rise of the modern pharmacology.

The redeveloped menu will be called 'Potions, Tinctures and Tonics' introducing nine new cocktails with an extensive range of premium Gin, herbal liqueurs, fine Mezcals and Caribbean Rums. One cocktail will offer to mediate depression, another will pick you up after a hard day's work, we also offer a cocktail that reduces anxiety.

Distill's Spring menu launch is now re scheduled to Wednesday evening from 5pm on the 5th Of October and will run throughout all of Spring.
