Paul Pritchard Adelaide Beyond ‘Doing It Scared’ says

Paul Pritchard is an extraordinary man on an inspiring journey.
Paul is hitting the road to share his incredible story of climbing the Totem Pole 18 years after a catastrophic accident left him partially paralysed - as portrayed in the award-winning documentary, Doing It Scared, currently touring with the Banff Mountain Film Festival. This is a story about determination, acceptance, grace and ultimately, freedom.

Audiences will laugh and cry as Paul relives the tale of his crushing injury and ongoing recovery with both humility and humour. He describes his accident as ‘the best thing that ever happened to me’ and refers to his journey over the past 18 years as the longest expedition he’s ever been on.

Paul’s never-waning desire for adventure will awaken your soul, giving you the perspective to see life’s journey with renewed focus and passion.

Doors open 6:30pm. Presentation begins at 7pm.

Tickets are $25 with all profits going to Paul’s upcoming Lowest to Highest Expedition, a world first expedition comprising of five people with significant disabilities riding human powered tricycles from Australia’s lowest point, Kati Thanda (Lake Eyre) to the highest point at the summit of Mount Kosciuszko (2228m).
