Hostile Barbell Club says
Starting October we will be offering our new Training program - The Hostile Athlete to anyone interested in getting bigger, faster and stronger in the off season.
This 12 week program will consist of 3 training sessions per week and 1 mobility/recovery session per week. All sessions will be Coached and in a group setting with other like minded athletes. Positions are limited, for information on price and times message me direct.
