The charities being supported are 'Debra Australia' and 'Gifts For Manus an Nauru'.

DEBRA AUSTRALIA is the Distrophic Epidermolysis Ballosa Research Association, also know as The Butterfly Children. This chronic condition which EB (Epidermlysis Bullosa) children are born with has led them to lead lives alkin to permanent burns victims. Research into this terrible condition has had surprising spin off benefits in the treatment of ordinary burns victims. Severe EB patients live short and extremely painful lives.

GIFTS FOR MANUS AND NAURU raises funds to assist the victims of Australia'a shameful offshore Island prisons criticised by The United nations for having conditions amounting to slow torture of the men, women and sadly even children held there. This charity aims to relieve the totally Un-Australian treatment shown to these Asylum Seekers by our politicians in breech of international law and norms. The current focus of the charity is to support and provide resources to help in the eductaion of the more than 52 children still languishing there 4 years on.
