If you're planning on taking kids to Artis zoo then this hotel is just across the road, and their triple and quad rooms are very much aimed at families. Even though it's a bit out of the way of the other sights, Centraal Station is a short tram ride away or a 20-minute walk, and there are several nice cafés also nearby. Not really a place for a romantic or indulgent getaway, it's quite basic (and bathrooms are cramped), but the rooms, painted warm colours, are good for business travellers, equipped as they are with Wi-Fi and desks for those with work to do.
