Blinkhorn/Mothergirl is a collaborative between local artist Jessica Blinkhorn and Chicago artists Mothergirl (Katy Albert and Sophia Hamilton). In their separate practices, Jessica Blinkhorn and Mothergirl create body based work that approaches topics like sexuality satirically but with tenderness.

In Allegory of Spring, Blinkhorn/Mothergirl are recontextualizing Botticelli’s Primavera using their bodies and props to bring contemporary context to classical form. Come and celebrate rebirth!

Both events are FREE and open to the public!
