The opening reception features: -steamed pork buns with mustard seed oil and kimchi purée -beef tartare with bourbon-smoked paprika, pine nuts and cured pastured egg yolk -pimento cheese hush puppies with wasabi honey. The four-course dinner features: -sardinian flatbread with arugula, argan oil and ricotta salata -pastured chicken livers with date agnolotti and Marsala -oxtail Parmentier with roasted spring Vidalia onions -Feast of San Gennaro-style zeppole with bourbon caramel sauce.
