Beginner Minis/Doubles Hoop Dance With Cristina Holt

Welcome to double hooping! If you thought one hula hoop was fun, wait until you give this a try! My idea with this workshop is to get everyone more comfortable moving through some basic transitions and planes so that when Kassandra Morrison comes through to show us her amazing mini tech skills more of us will be ready and excited for her intermediate/advanced workshop! Specifically, we will be working on timing, 2 and 3-beat weaves, wall flowers, thread the needle, isolations and pattern building.
