“Bike Fitting” is the process of adjusting your bike, shoes, and riding gear to suit your personal body for optimum comfort and performance. The process of reaching a great fit on your bike is complicated, and requires an expert with extensive training, skill, and patience. A typical fit session is 4 hours in length.

Improper positioning on your bike can result in pain or numbness in your hands, feet, knees, back or butt. Some people experience so much pain and discomfort they quit riding completely! I don't want you to quit riding!!! This can easily be avoided with a proper bike fit that ensures maximum comfort with superior power at the pedals.

My goal as your Bike Fitter is to provide you Comfort, Confidence, and Control. I accomplish this through a detailed physical evaluation of your body, as it relates to cycling. Then I will move or change parts of your bike as required to make it fit your body... as you should never have to contort your body to make it fit your bike.

I am passionate about making cycling enjoyable whether you've just started riding or own a professional caliber bicycle!!!
