IT’S THE RETURN OF ATLANTA’S FAVORITE VALENTINES CELEBRATION OF TRUE LOVE AND COMMITMENT...

BLOODY VALENTINES: AN ALL-NEW EVENING OF MURDER BALLADS, OBSESSION, AND LOVE GONE HORRIBLY WRONG – FEBRUARY 11TH AT THE EARL!

Last year’s sold-out show proved that nothing celebrates the true nature of love and real commitment, like the devotion, passion, and carefree spirit of a murder ballad. Or an attempted murder ballad. Or an “if this nutball keeps up with this it’s gonna end in murder” ballad.

So plan to get a head start on your Valentines celebration cause we return to the EARL on February 11th with the 2016 installment of Bloody Valentines – An Evening of Murder Ballads and Mayhem featuring Aileen Loy & Till Someone Loses An Eye and a rogue’s gallery of guest musicians and performers. They’ll be performing songs of murder and obsession made popular by Nick Cave, Tom Waits, the Black Keys and more, along with their own take on some traditional lesser-known ballads of love gone horribly, horribly wrong. Dress comfortably too. Nothing that has to be drycleaned. This is an immersive rock show and a few of the more gruesome ballads tend to spill out into the crowd – (we’re still cleaning arterial spray off the ceiling from last year).

10pm Start. Doors open at 9pm. $12 at the door or $10 in advance. (https://www.freshtix.com/events/bloodyvalentines--theearl)
