Please join me January 25th from 6 to 11 p.m. at Endive Publik House for BRINNER, a one night only Pop-Up Restaurant to honor the beloved “Breakfast for Dinner!”

I’ve put together a unique tapas-style menu featuring dishes inspired by the almighty Southern breakfast and its many variations. Dana, our talented bartender at Endive, will be there to make some cocktails in theme with the occasion, as well as your tried-and-true favorites!

This being my inaugural Pop-Up, I thought it’d be fun to invite a couple old friends (and chefs I have tremendous respect for) to join me in the kitchen, including:

Chef Brandon Peterson – Exec Chef, Vine & Tap
Chef Stephen McGuffin - Owner/Exec Chef, Highland Cafe
Virginia Highlands
Chef Daniel Hardy – Operations/Event Coordinator, Endive Catering Co.

Doug Rouen - Sous Chef, Vine & Tap
Endive Publik House staff will be joining us as well!
