Hey y'all! I wanted to go ahead and promote the next Dancer's Stretch class. It will be a weekly class. Every Saturday 12:30- 1:30 at healium art center. This is to promote the dancer's stretch class 9/3. This will be the last week of this playlist for Dancer's Stretch. If you haven't taken Dancer's Stretch before, here's the 411. This series of movement was created by Ofelia De La Valette of Dance 101, and taught by instructor Abby Schomaker. Dancer's Stretch is a combination of yoga, ballet, pilates, stretch, and conditioning set to an ecclectic playlist of hip hop, punk, rock n roll, electronica, indie, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. The first half of the class is set to a faster pace warming up the body, working the core and the legs. The second half of class is a slower pace that works on stretches that increase flexibility. Can't beat that for only $10 a class! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and a water bottle.
