2015 East Roswell Frisbee Trail Championships PDGA B-Tier 3/21/2015 Registration will go live on 12/27 There will be added cash. Some details subject to change Registered Players List: Register here: # of Spots Remaining = 72 Entry Fees: Open (MPO, FPO): 60 Trophy Only (MA1, FA1): 35---** There is no Advanced division...Advanced = Trophy Only division** Intermediate (MA2, FA2): 35 Recreational (MA3, FA3): 35 Players Pack: TBD Event info: This event is a Maple Hill Open Qualifying Event. Maple Hill Open (MHO) Qualifier - http://www.maplehillopen.com How it works: Players pay event $10 to opt in to compete for the MHO spots before event starts. The top three players that opted in earn spots to the MHO. Qualified players may not compete for the spots. Ties shall be broken by any method of the TDs choosing. At Awards Ceremony, TD calls up and hands out the MHO letters to the qualifiers. After event, TD calls Steve Dodge (508-736-0811) with names of qualifiers Qualifying players must register by May 25, 2015 or one week after event If, at the event, a player knows they cannot attend, the TD may select alternate. If the player fails to register in time, the spot is forfeited. Trophy only division will play with Open division but will not be eligible for cash. Schedule Check-in: 8:00am - 9:00am Players Meeting: 9:15am 1st Round Tee-off: ~9:45am Lunch: 1 hour from last card 2nd Round Tee-off: ~1:45pm 1 day, 2 rounds of 18 holes: Layout will be impacted by the construction project, but there will be a total of 18 holes. Recreational: Red pads both rounds Intermediate: Blue/Blue Everyone else: Black Pads Side Action: CTPS/Ace Fund: $10 = all-in. 8 $1 CTPS + $2 ace fund.
