Em.bod.y is at a new time now Thursdays 6-7.Hey y'all! This is to promote my new class at metropolitan Studios Em.bod.y Condition and Stretch. Em.bod.y is a combination of yoga, ballet, pilates, stretch, contemporary movement, and conditioning set to an ecclectic playlist of hip hop, punk, rock n roll, electronica, indie, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. The first half of the class is set to a faster pace warming up the body, working the core and the legs. The second half of class is a slower pace that works on stretches that increase flexibility. My teaching philosophy is to adapt movements when you feel it and take breaks when you feel it. Move the way that moves you :)
