1st MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH "There's a million stories of "COURAGE" in the Naked City...maybe you're one of them" The Goat Farm Presents "Naked City" A Push Push Theater & Film Production In The Warhorse Site: http://www.nakedcityatlanta.com/ The What: Naked City is a monthly, crowd-sourced, literary performance variety show. Your humble hosts, show up with prizes, games, bits, snappy banter and a theme. Theme:"COURAGE" You, the Citizens, show up with spoken word pieces, stories, songs, poems, extemporaneous monologues, comedy routines, interpretive dances or whatever the Hell else you want to do that ties into our theme. Theme:"COURAGE" We give you 5 minutes on the mic to do whatever it is you’re gonna do. If you go over 5, you need to spin the "Wheel of Consequences" If you go over 6 minutes, we boo you till you stop. All in love, of course A bunch of you will get to sign up. It’s First Come, First Served, so try to get there early (8:00 pm). We spend the rest of the time shuckin’ and jivin’ for your amusement. Cost is $5-$15 Pay what you can. Parking is free and plentiful. The Who: Bernard Setaro Clark is an actor, writer and general ne’er-do-well. He lives on the edge of Atlanta with a girlfriend, a teenager, a kid, 2 dogs and 2 cats. His life is full of din and roar. He reads books out loud in a closet to pay his bills with the monies. Gina Rickicki is an Actor, Writer and Improvisor with a long standing relationship with The Crazy. She works at Dad’s Garage Theater Company. She never wears the same wig twice and frequently makes her own clothes… sometimes from fabric. They are your hosts. The Why: Why? You wanna know WHY?!? Because we CAN and we SHOULD. That’s why! Doors are at 8:30pm (Come early to get a good seat and sign-up to perform), Show begins at 9:00pm. ________________________________________ The Goat Farm Arts Center We seek the interesting. Once selected the Goat Farm invests in and works with the artists and/or performance groups to actualize the concept. All Goat Farm Recipients receive its AIP (Arts Investment Package) which includes financial assistance, direct funding, production assistance, marketing assistance and rehearsal / performance / exhibition / classroom space.
