Here at Zoo Atlanta, the non-humans hunt the eggs! The Zoo's in bloom, and the secret bunnies of the Enrichment Team will be crafting fun spring surprises for some of your favorite Zoo residents. Highlights include our Gorilla Egg Hunt -- always an annual favorite!

See below for a detailed list of animal activities, and check your Zoo map for locations. Animal activities are weather-permitting.

Great ape egg hunts:

Gorillas: 2 p.m. in Habitat Three; 2:30 p.m. in Habitat One
Orangutans: 2:15 p.m. in Habitat Two

And more of your favorite Zoo residents throughout the day:

• African savanna – 9:30 a.m.
• Bongos – 9:30 a.m.
• Naked mole rats – 9:30 a.m.
• Red panda – 9:30 a.m.
• Rhinos – 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
• African monkeys – 10 a.m.
• Kangaroos – 11 a.m.
• Meerkats – 11 a.m.
• Warthogs – 11:30 a.m.
• Elephants – 11:30 a.m. to Noon
• Bush dogs – 2 p.m.
• Giant pandas – 2 p.m.
• Kunekune pig – 3:30 p.m.
• Raccoon dogs – 4 p.m.

Other species may have surprises in their habitats at other times throughout the day. Enjoy!
