Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) says
Homeschool students ages 8 - 15 are invited to take a tour of our current exhibition, Designers, Makers, Users: 3D Printing the Future and a 3D printing demonstration from 10 – 12:00 PM on Friday, January 15.

Following the tour and Demo, we will also be joined by a young designer and innovator, C.W. who will give a brief talk about his experience with 3D printing, followed by a question and answer session.

CW is a 11 years old, homeschooled, and an all-around cool kid who loves anything that involves "making" or designing including converting a spare bedroom into a S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) lab. This is where you will often find him tinkering with Arduino, Raspberri Pi, cardboard, or even duct tape!

He hopes inspire his peers to be innovative and creative and to use technology to help other people as he is doing as part of the e-Nable volunteer network which 3-D prints, assembles, and distributes prosthetic hands to children all over the world!

Children and Adults $5 each.

Please register in advance by following the "tickets" link above.
