Instructor: Sandeep Kothary

Chef and restauranteur, Sandeep Kothary, has brought his passion for Indian food to the heart of Midtown with his authentic Indian restaurant, Tabla. Featured in Atlanta Magazine, Tabla’s menu boasts traditional Indian dishes that can’t be found anywhere else in the city, all served in a contemporary and chic dining space. Kothary grew up working with his parents in their well-known Indian dining establishment, The Palace, and chose to take his knowledge and creativity to a new dining audience in town. With spices roasted and ground daily, the flavors are fresh and bright, even extending to the cocktail menu filled with infused and spiced liquors. With a commitment to excellent dining service, Tabla was voted as OpenTable’s 2014 Diner’s Choice.
