Building on our previous workshops we will now begin to train the body to go upside down.

The benefits of inversions are endless; when we invert the blood and flows easier toward the heart and head, the lymphatic system gets improved circulation benefiting our immune system, the internal organs get a cleansing massage from the reverse weight shift, and an overall decrease in stress as the mind has a strong focal point and thoughts are not as rampant.

Overall, after inverting we feel positively light and youthful!

Some previous yoga experience needed.
