Join Marsha for 6 classes in January and February to explore the other limbs of our eight limbed Ashtanga practice. This series will help you to establish a seated meditation practice as well as a pranayama and chanting practice. We will meet for 75 minutes each week to meditate, breathe, and chant the Yoga Sutras. No experience is necessary! Cost: $108 Time: 9:30-10:45am Dates: 1/7, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/18, and 2/25
