Ink & Elm is proud to announce that it will host a monthly wine class and paired tasting event in the Lounge. Kevin O'Sullivan and Geoffrey Brewer from Prime Wine & Spirits will be on hand to teach you about 4 interesting wines, and Executive Chef Stephen Sharp will expertly pair those wines with small bites. For February, the class will focus on 4 wines from Spain: (1) Ipsum Verdejo, Rueda, Spain; (2) Papa Godello, Valdeorras, Spain; (3) Ludovicus Tinto 2012, Terra Alta, Spain; and (4) Baron de Magana Bordeaux Blend 2009, Navarra, Spain. Kevin and Geoff will walk you through the different regions of Spain from which the wines hail and will discuss the different wineries and grapes involved. They will also speak about why each wine was paired with each small bite. All in all, this promises to be a great and fun learning event in the amazing Ink & Elm Lounge.
