Time Out says
This week we will be separating the tails and working between them. We are going over double knee climb and teardrop climb. Please WEAR SHORTS and bring leggings to wear over the top. Double knee climb and teardrop climb are easiest to learn with bare knees. Please arrive ready to be upside down for majority of class. Be hydrated, any sinus infections make upside down miserable, and well rested. Also work on that grip, these climbs can be intense on the hands.
Please come 15-20 minutes early to do the group warm up and stretch so we have the full hour to play. Anyone showing up right at 7pm will be required to go through the full warm up on their own, Safety first!
*Please note this is a class you must test into. Any students in 2014 that were Level 4 or higher are welcomed! New students can learn and perfect the requirements needed to get into this class in Flight School.
