Join William for an afternoon of practice and conversation to explore Pranayama techniques, philosophy and results. More than just breathing exercises, Pranayama brings Asana and Meditation to life by enlivening the body’s potential and amplifying the body’s sensations. During our time together, we will talk about the neurophysiology of breathing while reviewing some basic expressions of Dirgha, Ujjayi, Kapalabhati, Kumbhaks and Nadi Shodhana.

We will conclude our day exploring how to include pranayama with your regular yoga practice. No prior experience or body shape/ability necessary, just a curiosity to discover more of what your yoga practice can offer you.
