Self Care Discussion + Zine Workshop says
Join us Sunday March 5th at Murmur for a guided discussion and zine-making workshop! As a group we will discuss wellness practices and habits, including what to do in moments throughout the day of stress, anxiety, work, family, listening to the news, traffic, etc. Each participant will leave with their own personalized zine filled with daily resources for self-care.

This workshop is facilitated by Kate Morales with support from members of Murmur and We Are Atlanta.
