Our good friend Patrick is bringing us a 45 minute interactive clinic about a self-stretch method you can apply to your hamstrings and calves. After a 10 minute warm-up from our Skills & Drills coach, Patrick will demonstrate how to correctly and efficiently stretch those pesky hamstrings, and also spend some time on your tight calves, to help you obtain maximum flexibility while speeding up recovery time.
