Stage Door Players' Presents "Private Lives" By Noel Coward

STAGE DOOR PLAYERS, Dunwoody’s own professional theatre company presents Noel Coward’s classic comedy “Private Lives.” Opening January 16 and running through February 8, 2015. Performance show times are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 with a Sunday matinee at 2:30. A comedy of manners and marriage, ex-lovers Amanda Prynne and Elyot Chase find themselves both honeymooning with their new spouses at the same hotel in France, old resentments quickly fan the fires of an old flame. Always lively, Coward’s script is filled to the brim with clever barbs and witty retorts as Amanda and Elyot bounce back and forth between a state of passionate infatuation and ferocious hostility. Featuring Rachel Garner, Tess Malis Kincaid, Mark Kincaid, Joe Sykes and Dina Shadwell, the show is directed by Robert Egizio. The production/design team includes George Deavours (Wig Design), Rial Ellsworth (Sound Design), Kathy Manning (Props Design), Jane Kroessig (Costume Design).
