Stride on with West Stride this winter! Join us for a series of 6 FREE open community runs to keep you striding through the winter months. And learn about our upcoming Stride Strong Training Program - where you get 7 full weeks of coahced runs and training plans!
• Self-led runs, every other Saturday at 8am from West Stride
• Routes for 3-8 miles in week 1 (January 9)
• Sign in! Reward for those that complete 5 of the 6 runs
• All abilities welcome, grab a map and go!
All events will be posted on Facebook with route distances for each week. The full schedule of dates is:
January 9 and 23, February 6 and 20, March 5 and 19
