Build endurance with a long run! Join us for a 7:30am open run at West Stride. This is self-led, with mapped routes for 4-12 miles and water stops along the way.

This is run #3 in Summer Striding Series, 8 runs that will include training elements to help prep you for all of your summer racing! Attend 4 of the 8 runs to get an exclusive Saucony Summer Striding tech tee! All abilities are welcome - no registration required. Just be sure to sign in to each run.
