The Diaries: Our Stories...Our Way ~ The Interviews

There will be two separate days and times for interviews which are: February 28, 2015 – 2 p.m. through 6 p.m. March 1, 2015 - 3 p.m. through 7 p.m. Please note these are interviews and not audition. Auditions to be in the actual play will be a separate invite. Do you have a story to share that could potentially end up in the play The Diaries: Our Stories, Our Way? Come share your stories with us and it may end up being in the play whether it turns into a monologue, a spoken word piece or an actual video of you being played as a part of the play. Come camera ready as everyone has a story to tell whether it is funny, horrific, inspiring, or educational. We want your stories about: Coming out Fell in love and try to turn out a heterosexual How you and your spouse met Victims of rape I have 5 kids and now I want to become a lesbian Im secretly in love with my best friend’s lover Crazy things said to you since you been gay First time you got turned out First time you performed in a drag show My girlfriend/boyfriend keeps me a secret from their friends and family My co workers treat me different cause of my sexual preference Growing up and having to attend a fire and brimstone church When you realized you wanted a sex change Having to leave home because of your sexuality HIV and AIDS survivors How I could have climbed up the corporate ladder if I would of stayed in the closet When you found out your children were gay How my life has changed after my sex change operation Fitting in the gay community ………and more. Please come with open minds and hearts .
