This workshop will focus on goals that students suggest! What are your tough spots? What do you want to work towards in 2016 or the next 2 months?
We will address the list of goals and break them down into achievable steps or exercises that will help you succeed.

Bring a video device/ notebook and record your progressions and post your work in the Trapeze Atlanta group. Get a buddy to help you get to your goals and spot each other during practices later.

Some ideas:
More "grace" in the air- building Awareness and control
Pathways and creativity- how can I make my own vocabulary?
Strong, consistent pullovers, or pull-ups and lat/ core strength.
Train the pain- toe hangs, elbow hangs, beautiful back balances and front balances, etc.
no more cheats into my inversions - inverting with full strength.
Strength / volume moves- meathooks, elbow/hip circles, (mine is always mill circles)
getting over the physically exhausting stage of beats and using them better.

Sunday at Sky Gym Atlanta! 90 minutes for $35, please come 15 minutes early and start stretching!
