Now it's time to get more exotic & creative.

Join Rusty & chefs Terry Koval from Wrecking Bar Brewpub, George Yu from Taiyo Ramen & Suzi Sui's Baos, Nick Leahy from Saltyard, & Andy Gonzales from Steinbeck's Restaurant who will teach us how to make Shrimp Sausage, Beef Tongue, Peking Duck, & Braised Octopus.

This class will be kept small & very hands-on. Come learn with us from this amazingly talented team!!

This class runs from 10 - 1 and includes a lunch of these delicious creations, served with local beer and beverages. $125/ Person. Classes are held at Pine Street Market. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
