Austin Museum Day Downtown Public Art Crawl With Aipp says
Sunday, September 20, 2015 - 1:00pm to 2:00pm
In celebration of Austin Museum Day, a free city-wide discovery of Austin-area museums, we are hosting a tour of downtown public art. Parking vouchers for the 5th Street Convention Center garage are available for the first 50 visitors to the Brush Square Museums.

The crawl starts and ends at the Brush Square Museums and showcases the City’s Art in Public Places collection. Meet on the front lawn at 1 pm for an hour-long guided walking tour. We'll play public art bingo and be sure to stop for selfies at #thataustinwall!

Art in Public Places staff will be on site at Brush Square from noon to 3 pm to hand out special 30th Anniversary buttons and stickers. If you miss the guided tour, you can grab a free map and take a self-guided stroll.

Play the Austin Museum Day Instagram Photo, sponsored by the Texas Historical Commision and Austin Museum Partnership. Take a photo of your public art crawl and post it tagging @cityofaustinarts, #TxHistComm, #austinmuseums, and #MuseumDay2015. A judging panel will award 3 lucky winners museum memberships, passes, and more!
