Black and Tan challenge this year has some new surprises! Each Participating designer is being given 40 yards of a base fabric and 110 Yards of trim. Participating designers are also being assigned a fabric manipulation technique to be incorporated to their final design. Please join us March 13th 2015 as the spectacle of local finery unfolds.
