Learning to cook healing foods and making a commitment to plant-based eating is invaluable to your health. Natural Epicurean Cooking Together Hosted Classes connect you with necessary culinary skills, delicious recipes, a like-minded community, and a host dedicated to a mission of wellness within their community.

This 2.5 hour hands-on cooking class will be hosted by Yoga Yoga teacher, Susan Somers-Willett, and led by a Natural Epicurean Chef Instructor. You’ll learn the skills and secrets to prepare delicious plant-based meals that mix and match grains, beans and legumes, fruits, and vegetables to create simple meals with delicious flavors! At the end of class, we’ll come together to enjoy and share the food as a community.
