December Food Tech Meetup Feeding The City, From Farm To Table says
Free Monthly Networking - Please RSVP on Meetup
http://bit.ly/1NRarBR

This month's meetup will focus on topics related to the local food life cycle. Featured guests will share some of the inner workings of an urban farm and share their experience on the process of getting produce to your table, including the challenges to growing in Central Texas - weather, bee pollination, water restrictions/scarcity, among others. They will also shed some light on cooking and flavoring the produce from the farmers markets and CSA boxes and share tips on how to fully utilize those vegetables you may not know how to prepare (kolarabi, we're talking about you) thereby reducing landfill waste.

Join the Food + Tech Austin group to find out what local organizations are working on and how you can get involved.

Space Limited, RSVP Required (Please Un-RSVP if you can not make it), Waitlist
