Join Sheila for four weeks to explore iRest Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice of deep relaxation and meditation. You will learn how to relax your nervous system, minimize the impact of stress and increase mindfulness and ease of being. We will explore the foundations of this practice, as well as extract tools you can apply daily. Classes will include discussion, gentle movement with shorter exploratory practices and will close with a longer guided iRest yoga nidra practice.
