Hands On Healing: Master The Art Of Assisting With Tracey Silverman + Ashley Cheng

1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday AND 2 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb 28th – Mar 1st Are you a yoga teacher anxious about giving hands-on guidance in class? Are you a student who loves hands-on assists and wants to deepen your practice? Join us for an immersion weekend that will combine asana practice, discussion of principles for good assist and experience giving and receiving assists. Saturday you will gain basic guidelines to assist any pose and the ability to provide an environment of support and healing for students. Sunday we will dive deeper into the art of assisting, learning hands-on support for more poses and practicing the subtle yet power energy work that goes into giving incredible assists. Sign up for one day or the whole weekend, discover the power of touch, and develop your own energetic intuition and inner healer. Open to teachers, aspiring teachers, and students of all levels and yoga styles. CEU credits through Yoga Alliance. $120 for the entire weekend $65 for one day Meet Ashley Ashley received her first yoga certification in Vinyasa under Yoga Works Senior Teacher Natasha Rizopoulos. She then trained under Ana Forrest, Cat Allen, and Anne Hyde to become an Associate Forrest Yoga teacher and has completed advanced studies in energetic alignment and hands-on assisting with YogaHope founder Sue Jones and through Shiva Rea's Prana Flow teacher training. Meet Tracey Tracey, a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, has assist workshops alongside internationally recognized teacher Ana Forrest and advanced her study and practice of hands on assisting and healing through a year-long mentorship with Forrest Yoga Guardians Cat Allen and Ann Hyde.
