Texas representatives to U.S. Congress will hear directly from us on why bicycling is important to Texans and our greater communities. Last year, we asked Congress to tell the U.S. Department of Transportation to set a national goal to reduce bicyclist fatalities, and before the end of 2014, they did exactly that. The summit gets results. In addition to lobby day, summit attendees will learn from thought leaders in transportation equity, Vision Zero, retrofitting the suburbs, and other topics. We bring that knowledge back to Austin to make our city even better for bicycling. You can read more about the 2015 National Bike Summit on the League of American Bicyclists website: http://bikeleague.org/content/summit-2015 ------ Join us to support bicycling while enjoying a good time with your friends!
