Writers' League of Texas says
Have a great idea for a book but you aren't sure how to get started? Or maybe you need to a return to a project that has lain dormant for a while -- for whatever reason.

Sometimes the trickiest part of writing is simply beginning. You can't finish what you don't start, but there is something overwhelming about the blank page or empty screen. And revisiting a manuscript you abandoned a while ago dredges up all kinds of fears and worries. So how do writers cope? How does one motivate his/herself to sit down every day and keep going?

Join us Thursday, January 21, to hear how four authors deal with the challenges of starting (or restarting) a manuscript. Our distinguished panelists will be Edward Carey, Lindsey Lane-Author, Greg Levin's Author page, and Suzy Spencer.

About the Writers' League of Texas Third Thursday:
Our Third Thursday program is free and open to the public. These monthly panel discussions on the craft and business of writing take place on the third Thursday of the month (except December) on the third floor of BookPeople. All writers welcome! For information http://bit.ly/1J7B2mC.
