FRENCH BISTRO - LEVITATION HAPPY HOURS - During this event from 1-7pm, The French Bistro popup restaurant will be offering special menu featuring a selection of small plates from $10-$20. This is a unique chance to sample some of the food being made by the French chefs in the Bistro, including chef Rémi Fourier of Chez Rémi in Angers, France and his mentor chef Gérard Bossé of the Michelin-starred Une Île.
